There was one I was aware of..an impromptu african dance workshop at the Labyrinth stage formerly the Portal formerly the Inner Sanctum.

As a workshop coordinator from previous years it was a mixed feeling to go to Shambhala and not see a program happening. On one hand, I didn't have to worry about much organizing and preparing, facilitating etc plus I could just focus on the party aspect of the whole festival without having to focus on any issues, or harnassing the potential of festival culture there. And a good time I had. But on another hand I felt that the festival was definitely not complete anymore. I know some people could care less if people are coming together around learning, discussing and being together outside of partying and music but I heard a lot of people asking about the workshops and saddened to hear that they'd been nixed.

Just wanted to bring this up for discussion...
